Amy Van Nest is a Senior Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Fellner Law Group. She brings over 25 years of experience in the legal field.

Amy brings over a quarter of a century of expertise in Defense, Complex Litigation, Civil, Tax, Business, Employment, Probate, Criminal, and Family Law.  She has filed pleadings in all the Superior Courts, California District Courts, Appellate Court, Tax Court as well as out of state. She has honed her skills at the Scranton Law Firm, Murphy, Pearson Bradley and Feeney, Ropers Majeski, Seyfarth, Buchalter and O’Hagan Meyer.

She is involved with the San Francisco Legal Professionals and the San Francisco Paralegal Association and has written articles for California Legal Professionals.

Amy believes in also giving back to her community.  That is why she is also a Foster Parent to pre-teen girls that have been trafficked in the sex industry.
