Counsel Successfully Defeats Appeal at 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
On February 12, 2025, Hannibal Huntley attended the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, prepared for oral argument. After weeks of preparation, Mr. Huntley was able to successfully advocate against the appeal moving forward. The Court sided with Mr. Huntley's position that Plaintiff's appeal was without merit, and denied Plaintiff's case in its entirety.
