Litigation Associate

  • Required 3 to 7 years of experience

  • $150,000 - $200,000 with opportunities for bonuses, depending on experience

As an attorney at Fellner Law Group, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes legal matters while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 3 to 7 years of civil litigation experience who can handle complex client relationships, provide legal advice, and manage cases from start to finish. Strong case management experience, superior legal writing skills, and prior experience with discovery and law and motion practice is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a variety of legal matters.

  • Manage case files and maintain communication with clients.

  • Research legal issues and provide strategic advice.

  • Preparing for and conducting depositions.

  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

  • 3-7 years of litigation experience.

  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

  • A proactive interest in professional development and growth.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
