Constantine (Connie) Mittendorf is a Senior Counsel at Fellner Law Group. He primary focus is on complex commercial litigation, professional liability, construction, contracts, startup law, land use, and real estate, with extensive experience representing clients from individuals to Fortune 100 companies.
Constantine Mittendorf’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, construction, contracts, startup law, land use, and real estate. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Mittendorf served as a Deputy District Attorney specializing in domestic violence and felony narcotics prosecution. In private practice, he has represented individual people to fortune 100 companies. His representation has included architects, engineers, general and subcontractors, homeowners, construction product defects, land use, real estate, hospital design, hospital supply, pharmaceutical companies, Americans with Disabilities Act cases, class actions, restaurants, government servicing, heavy equipment manufacturers, cell service providers, criminal defense, startups, and mergers and acquisitions.
Previously, Mr. Mittendorf worked as in-house counsel with an insurance technology startup partnered with one of the world’s largest reinsurance companies. He also practiced for five years in the San Francisco construction litigation office of a top ranked AM-100 law firm, which was ranked as the best construction litigation firm in the country for three years in a row by U.S. News and World Report.
He currently manages cases from initial investigation through contested hearings and appeals. Mr. Mittendorf received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he was an editor and contributor to the Maritime Law Journal. He is currently licensed to practice law in California and Hawaii.
